The recipes from last years Co-op Cookbook have now been posted in our recipes section! These are delicious favorite recipes of some of out past and current members that for the most part, use ingredients we normally have in the co-op. If you ever don’t know what to cook, this can be a great resource!

Also, if anyone has any new favorites, send them to me and I will post them as well!

Fall Semester Update

It’s been a great semester so far at the IFC! Highlights include our joint Princetonween party with Brown (delicious cream puffs and coconut cake) and our semi-annual semi-formal, the Co-op Hop (chicken skewers, chocolate chip cookies, blackberry martini jello, and agent orange punch).

As a start to the new year, we have some new features on the website. There is now a recipes tab that needs to be filled with all of our favorite co-op dishes. Email recipes to me to get them posted. We are also now encouraging people to post their daily menus on the website, so keep checking in to find out what’s for dinner!

Soon, a new school year is starting with lots of new co-op members, and a brand new look for the website! I’m working on updating everything. All member names should be up now under the “Our Chefs” tab. If your name is missing or spelled wrong (like mine is…. hopefully I can fix that soon), let me know, and if you are lacking a bio or a picture, send that along as well (to snason@princeton.edu) Most of the “Links and Docs” still need updating, but those will be revised as we move in to the semester. Looking forward to seeing everyone in a couple of weeks!

On April 23, the IFC teamed up with the Brown and 2D co-ops to throw our spring-themed Co-op Hop.

IFC entrees included:

shrimp cocktail with sriacha cocktail sauce
mushroom risotto
sesame shrimp
beef skewers
orange beef

IFC desserts included:

chocolate mousse
fruit tarts
chocolate oatmeal crisp cookies
